Mr. Talis Wong blends extensive experience in engineering planning and team leadership with deep expertise in psychology. Despite his rich and varied experiences, he remains humble and maintains a youthful and vibrant mindset. We affectionately refer to Talis Wong as a charismatic "Lao Xian Rou”, which is a playful Chinese term that combines "Lao" (meaning "old") and "Xian Rou" (meaning "fresh meat"). This term is used affectionately and humorously to describe a person who, despite their age, remains dynamic and appealing.

By guiding them into the right mindset before teaching techniques, he facilitates a smooth transition for participants from "knowing" to "doing."
